- Outer closing with ½ foot double shallow brick. Inner coarse stuff with cement mortar. Air cavity with project thermical insulation, extradosed in and out with basic coarse stuff. (Painted with stone paint or something similar, the colour is to be chosen by the Project Management). - Limestone window sills.

- Basic grit- stone in living/dining rooms, halls, corridors, and stairs. Floating floorboards for bedrooms. - First quality floor tiles in utility room, kitchen, and bathrooms. - Balconies and courtyards with first quality anti-sliding grit stone.
- Inner Walls:
- Living-room, bedrooms, halls and corridors: dry partition. - Kitchens: First quality grit stone ceramic brick slips, with decorative frieze. - Bathrooms: First quality grit stone ceramic brick slips, with decorative frieze (The wall’s 1/3 highest part is covered with plastic paint.
- Ceilings:
- Plain false ceiling throughout the whole house.
- Outer carpentry:
- Aluminium with double-glazing. Air cavity.
- Inner carpentry:
- Security front door. - Inner doors will be varnished. Glazed door for the living-room (according to the kind of house). - Wardrobe fronts with sliding doors, shelf and hanging bars.
- Paint:
- Plain plastic paint on ceilings and walls.
- Plumbing and sanitary fittings:
- Polyrutilene cold/hot water nets, with stopcocks for every room. Standard PVC for sanitary fittings’ drain net and for evacuation vertical net. - First quality national vitreous china sanitary fittings, with one-hand mixer taps. - Thermo-Electrical water storage. - Hydrotherapy system tub in main bathroom.
- Electrical and special equipment:
- Electrical equipment with U quality mechanisms. - UHF and FM aerial. - TV, TF drives, with preinstallation for cable TV, in the kitchen, living-room, and main bedroom. - Light source in balconies and lower floor courtyard. - Electronic entryphone, with hand opening system from inside the house. - Air conditioning preinstallation.
